in response to bookworm2011...Little bit of this and a little bit of that. Haha No nothing new. Sounds like you have your hands full. Tell the one who's going to Mexico to be careful. It's deffaniately not like America in most of the country, to much corruption. Just have him keep his eyes open and when someone says duck they aren't talking foul. The one being potty trained, I'm not touchig that with a ten foot pole. You are probably right about the girls, when any kid and I mean any is quit for any length of time count on trouble of some sort.
Is that a Kentucky thing?
Are they not like most places?
I don't understand.
If I wanted an apartment, I would just apply. I would go to the rental companies that rent apartmets. They would check out my credit, income, etc. Then I would expect to get an apartment I could afford.
I am so sorry that its so hard in your Kentucky.
I hope things get better for you.
in response to Schmidty...I've been around..doing a little of this, a little of that lol
working mostly and forever busy with my kids..one is about to go to Mexico to build an orphanage so running around trying to get his passport in time..the other is potty training..vast differences! Both extremely important nontheless..and my girls have both been pretty quiet this week, which spells trouble in some form or the other..thats about it, how about you? Anything new?
impossible it seems for an old single woman on disability to get an apartment .. but if I had kids I would not still be homeless, interesting huh? even if there are units open that are 2 bedrooms,, they will not lease them to me.I searched 4 counties in Kentucky..nothing.
my name is Cindy and being the mother of 2 girls with a disabled husband is hard, but the one thing i admire is my husbands courage.i don't think i could be as strong as he is,my husband is a loving man who puts his family first and his self last.i join the aid-page for his sake, not to get rich but to help him get a prosthetic leg,i know if it is one person that deserves a miracle its him.i cant stand seeing him in pain any more every day he is in constant pain as a result of using crotches,it is not easy going through life with pain every morning you wake it takes a toll on a person mentally and psychically,it is draining .i hate seeing him in that pain and if i have to ask every site on the internet i would because of my 2 girls they need to have their father around.i mean this man fell in a grinner and had the strength to pull his self out that is courage.

in response to seekinghelp2012...Consolidating debts is rarely the best way to go in trying to reduce your debt levels. Best thing to do is to develope a budget and a plan and stick to it.
Does anyone know of a place to consolidate debts for persons with bad credit. I would even consider peer to peer lending if there are any wealthy individuals willing to help a single, graduate student, with a full time job. I've suffered some financial misfortunes but I'm trying to get back on track. I need about $50,000 and I can comfortably pay be $450 - $550 per month. Please help in any way that you can and it will be greatly appreciated.
in response to Schmidty...Dumb...Dumb....Dumb I sent a message to the your counter partThen I realized after sometime that you had changed your name, had to change your name. I can't figure out why.
All this upgrading that AIDPAGE has done , or at least says they have done has only made it slower and now the one to one is screwed up, it goes to a little white box and hangs up.Can't type nothing, have to go back a page or click out completely. Both of those would surely be a turn on for anyone just coming to the site, it's a shame it use to be a damn good site. Not no more.
Enough , Heres wishing that you have a happy and prosperous new year.Trala boomde a.
I am here looking for any assistance that is provided to someone on disability. I have never used any type of services and just seeing what is out here. Primarily due to my issues of not being able to complete tasks on home projects is all. Looking forward to talking to anyone.
Have a great day!

I was so over whelmed by what your doing my problems seemed very small. God Bless you! Keep up the good work, I pray that your health will improve soon. Thank you.

in response to Schmidty...Hey again Schmidty..my business is tutoring.I work for teaching public schools but have began my own tutoring business due to high demand in my area..I homeschool my kids and the charter school I homeschool them through wants to set me up as a vendor, they would send kids to me so that would mean quitting my teaching job and relying full time on referrals..so Im going to give it a go and see where it leads...my best wishes to you in 2012..I hope that you have a wonderful new year as well..

Does anyone know where you can help help in finding assistance with getting paper products such as tissues, toliet paper toothpaste. I have been searching for work for the last three years and have a whole 180 page workbook 5 subjects (I am working on my second book). in response to gonecrazy...First of all you and your husband are still married, it is still his responsesability, to give his family home, even if that means he does without. Go for disability, I have Bipolar, an chronic pain.
God Bless you I hope the best for you.
Hi I am married with 1 teenage son, unfortunately I have not been able to work since August 2011 because of ill health and have been having tests since Feb '11. I don't get any support from my husband, and when I need anything i'm too scared to ask. My son is very supportive and feel very guilty that I can't give him what he needs. With not being able to work under dr's orders I am not able to pay my debts or have a christmas.
If anyone has some advice for me I would be very grateful as I am now getting to the point where I don't want to go on anymore.
in response to seniorvet...If you go to www.grantgate.com or www.thefederalmoneyretriever.com you'll find a very discriptiveArticle on how and what you need to write a grant. The programs themselves also help including the 'letter of inquiry". That grant writer may be you! Is there something you need specific that I could help with? Good Luck and God Bless
